What is official membership and what do I get by joining?

Are you a physical therapist, an athletic trainer, a mental performance coach or a doctor and do you want to increase your visibility for ACL patients?
Join Team ACL and connect with ACL patients and professionals.

Visibility
ACL professionals all over the world may subscribe to gain more visibility for ACL patients.

Your own account
ACL professionals create their own account which gives the ACL patient insight into the differences (for instance: years of experience, annual treatment numbers, surgical techniques, clinic location, clinic facilities) between healthcare professionals. In this way, the ACL patient able to make his own best-informed decisions.

What are the membership fees?

The membership fee is €9.95 per month. Payment is per year. So per year you pay €119.40

When starts my membership?

Your membership starts after the first payment respective your membership fee.

How do I update my information on my page?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the “My Profile” tab in the top navigation.
3. Edit information and click the “update” button at the bottom of the screen.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No, you can’t. Your membership is personal and existing memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

Where can I find information about my membership?

You can find it on your  profile, after logging in, inside Account / My Profile / Settings on top menu.

How long will it take before I receive confirmation on my membership and create my account?

After you register it must be approved. This usually takes a few minutes. You can usually create your profile and make it visible right away.

*Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for approval.

What options do I have to pay my membership fee?

Payment can be made via our online shop system. After you have filled out the billing details at check out page and selected the membership type, you press “Payment” to submit the membership.The payment provider is Stripe and offers two payment options: SEPA or credit card.

What is the validity period of a TeamACL membership?

All memberships are valid for 1 year.

How do I renew my membership?

Once you have signed up, the membership is activated for 1 year.

After 1 year it is automatically renewed for another 1 year.

You can change this to manual renewal in your account or cancel the subscription yourself.

Receiving a refund (in part) is not possible.

Automatic renewal: How can I turn it off, if it has been on since I activated my membership?

To turn off auto-renew, log in to your account on the website and access your profile.

  1. Go to “Account” >> “Settings” on top of the menu.
  2. Go to “My Subscription” and “Automatic renew” checkbox at the left menu
  3. At least 1 day before the expiration date of your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

Payment is also by the year.  You can manage your subscription yourself. So cancellation can be done by logging into your account.

  1. You cancel and it continues until the end of the year you paid. You then remain visible until that date.
  2. If you don’t want to be visible immediately you have to turn this off yourself through your account.

Receiving a refund (in part) is not possible.
