    About Jimmy Reynolds, BSc(Hons), PGDip, MCSP

    Jimmy Reynolds is a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist and the Director of Alpha Physiotherapy in Ipswich, Suffolk - UK. Regarded as a clinical expert with over 16 years’ experience in Expert Physiotherapy for Adults, Children and Sporting injuries.

    Jimmy specialises in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has many years of experience in Elite Sport where he has directed the development, treatment and rehabilitation of athletes - including Olympic athletes. Jimmy provides rehab, clinical support and mentoring for patients and clinicians, and is often used for second opinions on ACL injuries.

    He has performed numerous rehabilitations of ACL injuries (both operative and non-operative), as well as PCL reconstructions, complex multiligament knee reconstructions, Medial Patellofemoral ligament reconstructions, as well as complex tendon rehabilitation.

    Jimmy was previously Head of Sports Science and Medicine within professional Football (Soccer) and has worked with a number of clubs as well as The England Football Association. Jimmy was lead clinician in charge of all Physiotherapy, medical and performance support services (Sports Science, Psychology, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition) and a developed the program that was ranked in the top 5 in the UK.

    Jimmy has had the pleasure of working alongside some of Europe’s leading Orthopaedic surgeons and has a proven track record of providing expert care and rehabilitation that not only returns the person to their respective sports, but also prevents further injuries.
