About Kevin McNamara, PT,DPT,SCS,CSCS

Kevin graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Montana State University in Bozeman Montana. Upon graduation, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach in both the private and university setting. His interest in performance enhancement and musculoskeletal medicine led him to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in Phoenix Arizona. To enhance his clinical skill and better serve today’s active population he completed the sports physical therapy residency program at Johns Hopkins University Hospital and IMG Academy which facilitated his path towards becoming a board-certified sports clinical specialist (SCS) a distinction held by fewer than 3000 Physical Therapists nationwide.

Kevin has worked and works with athletes of all ages and skill levels, including those at the collegiate and professional levels and believes that the ACL population requires a rehabilitation professional that is just as driven and motivated as they are. Professionally, Kevin’s interests lie in providing a patient centered and evidence lead treatment, blending the fields of physical therapy, physical preparation, strength and conditioning and performance enhancement to empower patients and bring a holistic approach from rehabilitation to performance enhancement maximizing outcomes for the ACL injured patient to facilitate a successful return to sport
