About Mikołaj Stańczak, MSc and MD student, BSc

BSc in Sports and Exercise medicine, student of Medicine (MD) and Sports Rehabilitation (MSc).
Passionate about neurophysiology, motor control after orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, mechanobiology and cell biology.

Former Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Rehabilitator of at the central level of teams such as: Chrobry Głogów - football, SSC Bari - football, Siódemka Miedź Legnica – handball, SPS Chrobry Głogów- volleyball, GI Malepszy Arth Soft Leszno - futsal.
Currently a lecturer at the well-known RTS after ACLR course in Poland and academic lecturer in Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education.

Having dealt with sport in practice and its requirements for maintaining the health of players during the season, I began medical studies to better understand the molecular reactions mediating the adaptation of soft tissues to external loads, and therefore the etiology of musculoskeletal injuries.

Participant of an numerous courses and webinars ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine), ESSKA (European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy), AOSSM (American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), MCI (Motor Control Institute) and ISMC (International Society of Motor Control).

Active lecturer at numerous conferences, courses and online lectures.
In the future, I plan to combine common aspects of motor preparation, specialized sports rehabilitation with modern orthopedics and orthobiology.
