About Tom Astley, BSc, MHCPC, MCSP, MACPSEM

Tom specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating lower limb injuries using a combination of exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy and soft tissue therapy. His extensive clinical experience includes working with national team athletes at major sporting competitions including the Commonwealth Games and European Games.

Since 2014, Tom has worked in various elite sports environments from Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games, Baku 2015 European games, IAAF World Athletics 2017, as well as working with England Women's Lacrosse & most recently as head physio at London Pulse Netball Club.
