About Niels van Sundert, MSc Sport Physiotherapy

Specialized in sports rehabilitation. Working in elite sport since 2019. Almost 3 years of experience at the highest level of football in China, including having worked with several top coaches and football players. Currently working at the highest level of football in Singapore for 1.5 years.

As an ex-football player (professional training until the age of 18, then 11 years at Amateur level), I have a lot of experience with physical training and the required mindset that is needed to perform at a high level.

Because of my passion for football, completing the CIOS Sport and Movement education, BSc Physiotherapy and MSc Sports Physiotherapy, I started training and treating (top) athletes.

In addition to the physical aspects, which are very important during rehabilitation, I also focus on the mental level because the body must be in a Ying-Yang balance.

Through sport-specific rehabilitation (field training for football players), I ensure that you are recuperating as quickly as possible in the familiar environment and in the context of the sport. Thanks to my international experience, I combine Western and Eastern medicine so that the body and the brain always work together.
